Young Blood. Fashion

Sept. 5 – Oct. 12

YB5

The exhibition brings together bachelor’s and master’s works by graduates from three major fashion training centers in Romania: Bucharest, Cluj, and Timișoara. It offers a perspective on the new generation of creators, for whom fashion is not only an aesthetic exercise but also a tool for research, critical reflection, and visual expression. Each collection explores the relationship between personal experiences and universal themes, between cultural tradition and future directions. These works reclaim clothing as an identity statement, through experimental forms, social messages, and conceptual discourses, all brought together in a contemporary visual language.

The new generations of designers position themselves not only as visual artists but also as social researchers, using fashion to explore themes related to ecology, sustainability, and cultural responsibility. Their works bring innovative materials into dialogue with digital technology, examining environmental impact and transforming the creative process into a laboratory of the future. In this way, fashion becomes an interdisciplinary ground where art, science, and ethics intertwine to provide answers to contemporary questions.
