The Play and Emotions workshop brings an innovative concept that combines play therapy with theatrical elements, offering children and parents a friendly environment to discover and manage emotions. The goal of the workshop is to help little ones better understand their own feelings and learn to manage them more effectively, all with the support and active involvement of the parent.
The team formed by a psychologist and an experienced actor guides children, with empathy and gentleness, through a series of activities that put the little ones in situations from which they learn to get out of them through play. Activities such as role-playing games, adapted to each stage of development, help little ones identify their states, develop self-confidence and overcome their fears in a safe and stimulating environment.
The Music workshop deepens and complements the themes of the Bubu performances at the Comic Opera for Children and lays a solid foundation for a smooth transition into community life (nursery/kindergarten). Children and parents will enjoy discovering the universal language of music, stimulating attention, interaction, and patience, while developing musical hearing, emotional expression, focus, creativity, and coordination. During the music workshops, each child has the opportunity to explore sounds and musical instruments.
Recommended age: 0-3 year-olds
The ticket is valid for the baby + accompanying parents.
