Ovidiu Neacșu is the founder of the cultural project Bucureștiul Povestit, within which he organizes presentations and tours of pre-war, interwar, funerary architecture at the Bellu Cemetery and history at Fort 13 Jilava. He is a partner in the Open Gates projects at the Bucharest City Hall and with Open Streets, within which he presents the history of the PMB building and Căia Victoriei and was the host of the last two Architecture Biennial Awards Galas.
