The Play and Emotions Workshop introduces an innovative concept that combines play therapy with theatrical elements, providing children and parents with a friendly environment to explore and manage emotions. The workshop aims to help young children better understand their feelings and learn to manage them more efficiently – all with the support and active involvement of their parents.
The team, consisting of a psychologist and an experienced actor, guides the children with empathy and care through a series of exercises that place them in situations from which they learn to navigate through play. Activities such as role-playing, adapted to each stage of development, help children identify their emotions, build self-confidence, and overcome fears, all within a safe and stimulating environment.
Recommended age: 0-3 year-olds
The ticket is valid for the baby + accompanying parents.
