About the yoga session

Don't miss yoga at the museum

We start the day with a one-hour yoga workshop in an unconventional space, led by instructor Radu Matric. We continue with a guided visit to the exhibition Pop Art. Life in Colors, which explores the extraordinary trajectory of the Pop Art movement, from its origins in postwar America to its global resonances today.

A start to the weekend filled with relaxation and inspiration, where yoga and art come together perfectly!

About the instructor

Radu Matric began his yoga practice in 2022, and today he facilitates Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes built around the idea that transformation starts from within and naturally reflects in the way we move, breathe, and live. After a period dedicated to fitness and CrossFit, he discovered in yoga a practice that goes beyond physical performance: a way to cultivate clarity, balance, and a more conscious relationship with one's own body. His approach is dynamic, accessible, and free of clichés, placing emphasis on breath, presence, and the intelligent exploration of movement. For Radu, progress in yoga means both the development of the practice itself and the subtle shifts that show up in everyday life: more patience, more clarity, and a greater capacity to be present.
