The exhibition is a systematic visual analysis of the vast artistic representations of Romania’s national poet, Mihai Eminescu, as well as the many artistic interpretations inspired by Eminescu’s poetry in Romanian painting and graphic art, from the late 19th century to the present day — from Gheorghe Anghel to Mihai Zgondoiu and Mircea Cantor.
