The Art of Breathing
Don't miss Yin Yoga at the museum.
We start the day with a one-hour yoga workshop in an unconventional space, led by instructor Atena Biju. We continue with a guided visit to the exhibition The New Climate. Are We Ready? which starts from a simple paradox: we know more about extreme weather than ever before, yet this knowledge rarely translates into concrete action when we face such phenomena.
A start to the weekend filled with relaxation and inspiration, where yoga and art come together perfectly!
Atena Biju is a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga instructor and an Ayurveda consultant. Through her classes, she creates experiences that blend mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of introspection, offering participants a space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find greater balance amidst the fast pace of daily life.
