Two artists who have experienced carol singing in groups in two emblematic regions — one renowned for the aura of mystery that still fuels numerous legends (Ţinutul Momârlanilor, Hunedoara), the other famous for the carol singing groups documented since the 18th century (Ţara Făgărașului, Brașov) — bring back one of the most archaic forms of carol singing to the present day.
