About the event

Breath & Stillness - The first session is dedicated to Hatha Yoga practice and conscious breathing, created to cultivate stability, clarity, and presence, alongside Oana Radu.

Sunset & Sound - The second session is a unique experience that combines mindful movement with deep relaxation through sound, offering participants a moment of reconnection and stillness, at sunset, alongside Cătălina Moldoveanu.

The Art of Vinyasa - The third session is dedicated to a Vinyasa practice built around two complementary styles. The practice explores the balance between strength and fluidity, blending Radu's direct, grounded approach with Adela Mihai's expressive, feminine style. The experience ends with a guided practice together, in which the two styles meet in a single flow.

About the Professor

Radu Matric began his yoga practice in 2022, and today he facilitates Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes built around the idea that transformation starts from within and naturally reflects in the way we move, breathe, and live. After a period dedicated to fitness and CrossFit, he discovered in yoga a practice that goes beyond physical performance: a way to cultivate clarity, balance, and a more conscious relationship with one's own body. His approach is dynamic, accessible, and free of clichés, placing emphasis on breath, presence, and the intelligent exploration of movement. For Radu, progress in yoga means both the development of the practice itself and the subtle shifts that show up in everyday life: more patience, more clarity, and a greater capacity to be present.
