This year, the collaboration between Israel and Art Safari reaches a new level: our presence as a guest country.
Our connection is a long one, the past editions bringing to Bucharest Israeli artists and curators alike, including Hanoch Piven or Raya Zommer-Tal – the one who „shaped” the centenary of Dada in Art Safari.
In 2020, Gili Avissar will create a fantastic world of materials and colors, thanks to the talent and originality with which he accustomed us. A complex artist, who changed the paradigm with his large installations, sculptures and videos. His versatile technique, a game between creation and show, gives Gili Avissar the ability to customize the spaces in which he exhibits. That’s why we know that the worlds he will create for this edition will take the public to new dimensions.
