The exhibition project "Tonitza and the Childhood Genius" sums up a total of 13 partners from museums and public collections. The project partners include the National Art Museum, the Academy Library, the Romanian Peasant Museum, the Bruckenthal National Museum, the Mureş County Museum, the County Art Museum in Craiova, the County Museum of Art in Constanţa, the Vasile Pârvan County Museum in Bârlad, the County Museum of Art Prahova, the "Gavrilă Simion" Eco-Museum Research Institute in Tulcea, etc.
The exhibition consists of 140-150 works chosen from the work of the great painter Nicolae Tonitza and will focus on one of the central and favorite themes of the painter, namely the passion for the age of childhood.
